Electoral Roll

Funerals

The Annual Revision 2018 takes place from 31 March to 10 April 2018.

If you would like to join the electoral roll, you can do so by downloading an application form to print out

before 10th April 2018. Existing members do not need to reapply.

You may apply to join the Roll at any time but the two-week revision period is a statutory requirement

(as outlined in the Church Representation Rules) with the aim of bringing the Roll to the

church family's attention by means of announcements, and also to ensure that it is accurate and up to date.

No changes may be made between the end of the Revision and the APCM.

Why join the Electoral Roll?

Joining the electoral roll is an important way of confirming your commitment to Holy Trinity & St Saviour's community and to the vision of the church. But it also opens up the way for greater involvement in the life of the Church of England, at Deanery, Diocesan and national levels. By joining, you become entitled to participate in the government of the church and to vote at the Annual Parochial Church Meeting, where the elections take place for:

- the parochial church council

- the parish’s representatives on the deanery synod.

Any person entitled to attend the APCM (which is on Sunday 29 April 2018) may raise any question of parochial or general church interest.

Please see our Electoral Roll FAQ for further information and guidance.
