Please read this before proceeding to the booking page.

If you would like to book one of our halls at at Holy Trinity Knaphill or St Saviour's Brookwood, please follow the steps below.  If you haven't done so already, you may want to check our HALL RATES *.


  • STEP 1:  Check availability by going to the Live Calendar for HOLY TRINITY or for ST SAVIOUR'S as applicable. Once you have found a suitable date, you can click on the + sign  and add your details to the Hallmaster system.  



  • STEP 3: 

    This will save this date for you as a provisional booking until confirmed by our Hall Bookings Coordinator.

  • STEP 4:

         Once your booking has been confirmed we will issue an invoice to be paid within seven days. You will be charged a deposit which is

          returnable provided the hall is left clean and tidy, tables and chairs returned, bins emptied. Please read the TERMS & CONDITIONS.
          thoroughly to ensure you have a clear understanding of what we expect in order to return your deposit. 


  • STEP 5: You will be contacted in the week prior to your event to make arrangements for key handover.

*If you are interested in regular use (six or more sessions per six weeks) please contact the Hall Bookings Coordinators to discuss availability and regular hall user rates.
